How it Works

The Polaris Q-Switched Ruby Laser produces pulses of energy that are very short, but high in energy.

The light from the Laser (694nm) is absorbed by the pigment in the tattoo but not the surrounding skin. The pigment heats up and breaks down into smaller particles that the body can dispose of naturally.
